BIOGRAPHY

Jody is Group Finance Director at Coterie, overseeing financial strategy and control across the group’s portfolio of wine and hospitality businesses. She brings extensive finance leadership experience from consumer and retail organisations, including Avon, Halfords, Berry Bros. & Rudd and Tesco, where she served as CFO for Tesco Japan. Her collaborative approach combines strong commercial insight with a focus on supporting sustainable growth.
